What is your refund policy?
All products can be returned providing you have contacted us within 7 days and they are in a re-sellable condition. This excludes bespoke products and specials that have had to be ordered in.

When is your cut-off for next-day delivery?
For stocked products, cut off for delivery is at 3:00 pm

How long does shipping take?
You will generally receive your order the next working day. Occasionally, items will have a longer lead time. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise lead time.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is £12.
What is the carriage paid order value?
Carriage is free for orders over £2,500.
