Our Return and Refund Policy

We strive for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, they are not, they may return the items following the guidelines detailed below:

• A returns number provided by us or an email must be included for all returned items.
• Please complete a returns form with the provided number and include it with the parcel before returning an item.
• All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
• A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all refunds, which will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and in a state that can be resold.
• The goods must not have been installed.
• We will evaluate all returns at our discretion and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

When returning an unwanted item, please also include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number with the company's details. Additionally, make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Thank you for understanding these guidelines.
